"The court has consolidated each of the actions into a single proceeding and has selected the lead plaintiff and counsel to represent the plaintiffs class. The court has also established a schedule, based on stipulation of the parties, that allows plaintiffs to file an amended complaint (by October 17, 2007) and sets the date for defendants, including the Company, to file motions to dismiss the amended complaint (by December 17, 2007)" --------.

They hold 2million shares in China Natural Gas, which have had a good run and now stand at $13 which = £13m or about 85p per share. Even if full year results come in at eps of 10p that puts the fertiliser business on a pe of about 4.

Hangfeng Evergreen OTC USA is a similar company and moving up strongly. This Bodisen will recover strongly one day when it is re found as a China play that has been battered too low.

The only reason I am still holding, is to offset future capital gains. Its a very brave person to invest here with sales taking a real nosedive. The explanation that it is due to bad publicity and poor weather is pathetic. It seems that some very generous financing deals were offered to customers to ramp up sales around the time they came to market. There is still a high probability of them going under without considering the cloud of litigation overhanging them.

a freind gave me the nod on this and i had a look,just think that it is oversold,yoy boys have been in a lot longer so obviously havent had a great time of late,but hopefully they will turn the corner.

I still had some AIM listed stock which I hadn't been able to shift when that release came out. I dumped it at best. I think 74p.

Customers were supposed to be very loyal to the product. What is probably the case is that these sales from the previous year never actually existed.

You can smell the shi* from here, what company trades uninsured? Still think this is going under only a matter of time..I give it six months max

thunderstorm caused uninsured loss of product and raw materials at its
facilities in Yangling. Preliminary estimates by the Company put those losses at
up to 1.5 million USD.

If anyone is still holding, keep a track on bbcz (the new us listing) if you are careful (small amounts) you can sell on the lse at bid and buy in the us at ask and make 10%.

Contract Win



Bodisen Biotech, Inc. (the "Company") (London AIM: BODI; OTC Pink Sheets: BBCZ;
website: www.bodisen.com) today announces its first export contract win.



The Company announces it has signed a contract with RADUGA Co., Ltd. through
Aoshen Imports and Exports Co., Ltd in the city of Huhehaote in the Inner
Mongolia Autonomous area for export to customers in Russia. This contract is
for approximately 2.3 million RMB in products and represents the first
international export order for the Company.


Management Appointment


The Company also announces that Ms Junyan Tong, age 36, has been appointed to
serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer Ms Tong has previously served as
the Company's Assistant Chief Financial Officer since 2005. This is not a main
board appointment.


From 1998 -2002, Ms Tong was Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen Rongxun
Industry Co., Ltd., and between 1995- 1998, Ms Tong served as Financial Manager
of Guangdong Zhongyunhui Electric Co., Ltd.
