Robert Quested also owns 25.5% of ORA capital

We are definitely leaning very heavily towards the pharmaceutical end of the scale, Gordon hall director spent many years in pharmaceutical companies, Robert quested large pharma and ORA investor based in UAE, and mrs N Powell another serial investor in pharma and science stocks. This is the type of stuff that can really fly.

A bit more from an article on another company he is involved in

Veteran investor

The appointment came two days after Plant Health Care revealed that Robert Quested, the investor based in the United Arab Emirates, with a history largely in pharmaceuticals groups, had taken a 4.3% stake.

Other major shareholders including Henderson Global Investors and Ora Capital Partners, the technology hedge fund.

Mr Quested has also appeared on the shareholder register of groups including Ora, marketing group Communisis, and Energetix Group.

Well now we know that after 470m share issued @ 0.4p where the shareholders
actually stand, as I did not see any paperwork offering me shares, otherwise
it need not have bought @ 50% higher earlier this year...........The amount
that the Director (£25k) paid out just about matches my original investment
a couple of years ago @ flotation.

BLUEBIRD ENERGY PLC

(AIM: BBE)

Placing raising £1.88M

Bluebird Energy plc ("Bluebird" or "the Company") announces that it has placed 470m new ordinary shares with investors at a price of 0.4p per share, raising a total of £1.88m

The net proceeds of the Placing will provide additional working capital as the Company proceeds with its strategy of diversifying into other business sectors which are perceived as offering better investor returns on net assets.

James Ede-Golightly, Chairman, has invested £25,000 and Gordon Hall, senior non executive director, has invested £10,000 in the Placing. The independent director, Brian Marshall, who is not participating in the Placing and having consulted WH Ireland, the Company's nominated adviser, considers that the directors' participation is fair and reasonable insofar as the interests of shareholders are concerned.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that the admission will take place and dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence with effect from Friday 15 March 2013.

I hope they don't give themselves a pile of cheap options, it really does not go down well with investors, and to start the ball rolling they should all buy decent lumps of stock themselves, that always gets things off on the right foot and sets a good example going forward.

OIL AND GAS JOURNAL

Belize moving on up

Monday 3rd December 2012 - 1.48pm

By Sam Fletcher

Belize has been a hard nut to crack for oil &gas explorers historically but in recent times some notable discoveries have been made and new investment is now starting to move into the territory. The first discovery of petroleum and gas deposits in Belize was made by Belize Natural Energy Ltd in 2005 when the first well in spanish lookout began producing and has seen its production now reach 5,000+ barrels per day. Attention has recently been turned to london aim listed New World oil & gas who are currently drilling / exploring a series of wells on its flagship Blue Creek project, the company recently updated investors with news of the maiden B Crest prospect encountering an active hydrocarbon system. Activity on the license front has also been steadily increasing with a number of new exploration licenses being applied for from a combination of mainly US and UK listed companies, among which are Marathon Oil Corp with three applications and london aim listed Bluebird Energy with two applications.

Belize now looks set to be a major draw for oil & gas explorers with attractive tax regimes and modest local labour costs adding to the many attractions of the country.

OK link could be - because I cannot see much else about BBE and Belize including the applications:

1. Mionex International. Limited is a company in which Mr F Scolaro (current non- executive Chairman) has a minority shareholding.

2. p628 - Mionex International a Company Incorporated in Belize

3. - Directors p 10//248

Franceso Scoalro
James Ede-Golightly

4. - Directors

James Ede-Golightly

5.

Bluebird Energy plc ("Bluebird" or "the Company") announces that James Ede-Golightly has been appointed as non-executive chairman with immediate effect.

James Ede-Golightly is a non-executive director of ORA Capital Partners Ltd ("ORA"), Chairman of East Balkan Properties and holds several other non-executive directorships. Prior to joining ORA in 2006, James worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and at Commerzbank AG. James is a CFA Charter Holder, a Chartered Director and holds an economics MA from Cambridge University.

(also Gordan Hall now on board also of ORA Capital)

7. Then this Article:

No smoke without fire and all dat ting. What are the odds F Scolaro is next on board?

shaun the thing that looks telling is ORA CAPITAL buying own shares back when
it seems not much has been going on there for a while.James golightly is a
non exec director there but they hold 25% of bluebird shares so it would be
more than likely any major new project that bluebird were doing may involve
them.Belize looks a good place for them with NEW finding oil as well now.

with new world oil and gas also ? maybe worth a dig around of the BOD,s
involved.

"F o T, i think i may have found something else of interest , bluebird chairman
James Golightly is also on the board of Ora Capital partners who own 25% of
Bluebird shares, well today Ora Capital conducted a "share buy back" of their
own shares which normally indicates a company think something significant is
going to change their prospects.I think BBE is now in play ( see below ).
