With regard to R@M small sale.

NED Mark would have been 'cleared' by the company sec that he could buy.
Blnkx broker (being lazy) would have reached out to one of the bigger holders to see if they could help. (R@M). Probably find the other shares went to a Blinkx staff buyer who has no reason to declare.

Both trades happened on same day if your remember.

Afternoon chaps, it is cold but sunny, which mirrors the case of Blinkx. Cold and nearly left for dead, but all is looking bright and the Sun is getting hotter and hotter heating the Blinkx' body.

RG hasn't sold one share, as far as I am aware. One of our good friends accidentally quoted an incorrect holding of, I think, 12%, a week or two ago, maybe it is that that has led you to think RG has sold some, altom?
