13/2/2015 20:45 | Big shout out to becky for a link to the revolutionary new blinkx product. VideogliderHere's an example - - I'm seeing it on a desktop, there isn't a handheld link as far as I can see, ot could just be the mobile website hasn't been updated. First click mimised it and second click dismissed it, so probably less intrusive than the ads on this page. Seemed to me to be a quality production.RE: VideogliderAnd this is the sales pitch Steamboat Video Fixed Footer Fixed Footer Product Details Rich Media ad that is anchored to the bottom of the website, which starts in a collapsed state (970×90), and either automatically or with user-initiation expands up the page (970×450). 13/2/2015 18:41 | Lance Corporal Winstanley Ash 13 Feb'15 - 16:33 - 89774 of 89782 1 1 Much of the family quiet today. Reminds of the old adage "whilst the eagles are silent, the parrots will jabber". Let's be honest here(hard for the Addams Family, I know), you have had a lot to be quiet about these past 13 months. No doubt, on the day when we breach the Everest- for Blinkx- that is 30p, the 'family' will be hopping up and down and jabbering like a flock of superannuated dyspeptic parrots. | precinct14

13/2/2015 17:57 | leluot3 are you going to back up your claims about it being the six red week in a row or just go missing like you always do when the share price is blue. | football
13/2/2015 17:22 | Interesting - thanks for the link football. But despite their blinkx disaster they actually seem to be doing OK. They only underperformed their benchmark slightly last year (-1.1% vs -0.6%) and have more than made it up so far this year (+5.7% vs +4.7%). In the previous year they returned 40% vs 32% for the benchmark. I'd have thought their investors would be pretty happy overall. It's also a trust that explicitly engages in shorting (via contracts for difference). "The Company's net asset value per share (NAV) returned -1.1% compared with a return of -0.6% for the Numis Smaller Companies excluding AIM (excluding Investment Companies) Index. Since the year end and up to the close of business on 11 February 2015, the NAV has increased by 5.7% outperforming the benchmark index which rose by 4.7%. (All figures in sterling terms with income reinvested.)" | 1gw
