14/10/2016 13:39 | You may well be right but I to have been right as well about the direction of BEM. The Finnish deal is a long term one and by that I mean 5 years of hard slog as well as how graphite can be produced at a cost that industry will pay. Perhaps Kurt should spell this out to shareholders and warn them that this is a costly "dig". We shall have to wait and see but in the meantime I will keep my nominal stake and if I do add it will be when the licenses have been granted and a partner found as IO is still not at a price that BEM, even with capital, could make its mine profitable. I am not bearish just being realistic........... | anley
14/10/2016 13:09 | Exactly.....and yet, until today, Kurt thought (and may still think) acquiring additional Swedish assets such as Åtvidaberg was the best way to go for BEM! I don't think he realises that the Finnish assets, whilst a distant second to Kallak in terms of importance to BEM, were so well received precisely because they weren't in Sweden. | superslob
14/10/2016 12:37 | and still no sign of the mining licenses............ | anley
14/10/2016 11:58 | Still good news.......£ coming in, albeit deferred, and less assets in Sweden. After the despicable way Sweden's treated BEM over Kallak, the fewer projects/investments we've got in that country and the more we've got in Finland the happier I'll be! | superslob
14/10/2016 09:57 | A small cash raising today..........and deferred consideration due......well you tell me!! | anley
14/10/2016 07:49 | 10p target here imo. | blueball
14/10/2016 07:13 | Another jam tomorrow RNS. As always they will need to raise huge funds to even get this stuff out of the ground. They have not even the license. | simmondsbird
10/10/2016 18:24 | nope, bought as thought momentum on RNSs would take it higher as impending news etc, and did rather well, thanks.! Doesn't always have to be about a long-term hold (although some of mine turn in to those haha)...gla | qs99
10/10/2016 16:53 | So at what cost and what dilution will this all make you money as that is why you buy these penny shares.........!!!! | anley
10/10/2016 10:21 | BEM is not without its risks indeed, but moving sharply again today so as one new to BEM but enjoying the ride, these spikes do make you wonder IMO what is happening in the background....Recent RNSs appear very positive IMO/DYOR but yes it will no doubt take time for more value to out, if it is there that is! | qs99
10/10/2016 09:32 | I am not down as I have made a great deal of money from BEM over the last year or so. What makes me post is that one needs to warn small punters who know nothing about mining and how funding works and BEM is a classic case.......3 lots of management and over £5m spent and still no mining license after nearly 2 years......can you imagin what the management thinks? You work it out and tell me where I am wrong............ | anley
07/10/2016 14:16 | Why you so down anley!!! | ianpuddifoot
07/10/2016 10:23 | Months into years of work to be done before we know if mining is going to be profitable.......... | anley
07/10/2016 07:55 | well a decent RNS this am IMO | qs99
04/10/2016 22:55 | Just had to take a few more this morning, makes my average no better or worse, but still a long term hoding,,etals will be vogue again,,they will want lods of steel in Syria once the dust settles, and Russias blotting its copybook imho, and may not be asked to partake..lets hope so.... | abergele
04/10/2016 15:46 | still inching higher... | qs99
04/10/2016 15:45 | Cheers for that | melodrama
04/10/2016 15:38 | melodrama, I have emailed Asa at the MI, she will only commit to saying it will take up to 2 months once they have all the required material. So we could be taking end of this year or early 2017...then there may be an appeal which means it's back with the government and then Supreme Administrative Court :) | 23blade
04/10/2016 11:35 | looking very good here guys well done | colin12345678
04/10/2016 11:30 | I only bought in yesterday based on chart and vols, seems that maybe some news on the formal approval could be round the corner? Any views from LTHs, sans Rigor Mortis. | melodrama
04/10/2016 08:58 | appears to be quite a regular buyer of 100k and 200k lots over the last few days, no fireworks, just steady buying | melodrama
04/10/2016 08:07 | and again this morning, thanks for graph above, looks very interesting indeed... | qs99 |
