26/9/2006 13:49 | baconn - Assuming that I've read it correctly, the shares issued are the new 0.2p shares, which are equivelant to two of the current shares, hence my valuations are circa twice yours. Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
26/9/2006 13:12 | i thought there were around 650 million shares issued- approx anyway- i know there will be a capital reorganisation - however that makes value approx 7 million | baconn
26/9/2006 11:56 | VQ - I'd imagine the X trades are stock being placed with clients by a broker's telesales operation. FWIW, an share price of 1.05p makes the market cap of the new entity around £14mln, or £17mln if the additional vendor shares are issued. That's a fair old valuation, unless they hit the ground running....... Has anyone here attempted a valuation based on the prospectus and is there anything there to justify such a mkt cap? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
25/9/2006 09:20 | Whats with all the X trades friday and today? | very quick
25/9/2006 08:04 | the reverse got a mention in the FT: LONDON (AFX) - ValiRx, a biopharmaceutical company with a promising cancer treatment in development, is to list on London's junior AIM market via a reverse takeover of Azure Holdings PLC, the cash shell, the Financial Times reported. newsdesk@afxnews.com | dusseldorf
17/9/2006 11:11 | jmillskeel - I took the 11.2p (equivalent) offer from Evo a while ago so got my money back, I gave the small profit I made to the RSV shareholders fund. Subsequently I've been accumulating AZH as I have always believed a reverse aquisition was going to go ahead. My average before suspension was 0.32p/share following some late purchases prior to suspension. Sold out most now though still holding 100k. If you're still holding I believe 2p+ is possible given any further fundraising will be off the back of positive drug updates and given 90% roughly will be closely held the price will surge. I'm not patient enough for that so have 1.25 - 1.5p target for the remainder. Keep your eye on DMR over the next few months, ignore smilers enthusiastic ramping there is actually huge potential there. | dusseldorf
17/9/2006 08:10 | 'turned out nice though for a change....' did you the folks that took the 11.2p. | jmillskeel
13/9/2006 16:11 | I've got 100k still tucked away, if it gets to 1.25 - 1.5 I'll sell and be out completely, turned out nice though for a change.... | dusseldorf
13/9/2006 15:58 | This is up and down like a YO-YO. | very quick
13/9/2006 10:23 | Just as well i made a quick exit at 0.810p this week. LOL? | very quick
11/9/2006 13:34 | VQ - good move, I sold the lot I bought this morning as price ballooned sooner than expected, however still hold my original stake. MM's obviously were fishing for stock and got it. I wonder what sort of press the aquisition will get and whether those financial houses in the know consider the research to be of interest financially.. Looks like it could jump around until the 3rd October | dusseldorf
11/9/2006 13:14 | Sold this Am at 0.810p will take another look after the 3de October. Good luck all. | very quick
11/9/2006 11:21 | Jak - highly speculative yes, 'pile of poo' no. You'd be wise not to write off all these investments in cancer research given the highly 'speculative' nature of the research.... | dusseldorf
11/9/2006 10:46 | Cannot buy any on-line with HSDL but can sell? | very quick
11/9/2006 10:05 | Not much of an increase here then, 8% thats pants. LOL? | very quick
11/9/2006 09:34 | Just increased my holding by 250,000..... | dusseldorf
11/9/2006 07:18 | The details of the aquisition are listed in the RNS - Issue of stock at 1p/share. Haven't had chance to read but looks v.promising! Restored today | dusseldorf
04/9/2006 13:04 | Removal of suspension this week? anyone got ideas on price if the placement at 1p is going ahead - presumably the spread may be 0.75 - 1.25 on open or 0.5 - 1p. Would love to see a surge to 2p on interest, however doubt that will happen. | dusseldorf
29/8/2006 12:31 | Rang up WH Ireland and was told more or less that shareholders should receive further information within the next 7 days and a further announcement would be made to market.... | dusseldorf
16/8/2006 01:37 | JakNife, thank you for your support. I have no shareholding in this company (Azure, Room Service or any prior incarnations). I have no gripe with WH Ireland. {I was called by a broker (probably FSW Europe, Pacific Continental Securites, Ascension Securities or Halewood International) many months ago with a recommendation to buy Azure. I didn't and the price went down}. But I am concerned when two FSA regulated brokers call private investors to sell them shares and send out identical reports (Pacific Continental Securities' version does not credit the (FSW) author) that Azure's broker/NOMAD (WH Ireland) describes as "substantially inaccurate". It is not clear exactly what is being sold and in what form. The FSW version heads the report with a company name not listed by Companies House (CH), both versions mention a company described by CH as "Active - Proposal to Strike off" and ValiRx was incorporated two and a half months ago and Azure remains suspended. Both reports say "The Company is looking to reverse into a listed shell (Azure Holdings) upon completion of their fundraising" without defining who "The Company" is. Remember that the two reports have different headings "Medtech Plc" (not listed by CH) and "Valirx Plc (MEDTECH ACCELERATOR Plc)" (incorporated 1/6/2006 and "Proposal to Strike off" respectively). The recent Azure RNS says "reverse takeover by Azure Holdings of ValiRx" which I take to mean 'Azure to reverse into ValiRx' but the brokers report does not say this. It says "Company ... to reverse into (Azure...)". More confusion. WH Ireland told me I should rely on Azure's RNSs for information. | crosstalk
15/8/2006 15:09 | thanks JakNife. Given I'm already a holder any placement at 1p is not of immediate concern, though accuracy of information in the header is so I will post a warning for any onlookers until we receive 'official' documentation of some kind. | dusseldorf |
