12/3/2006 10:05 | jmillskeel - the swiss investor has a B/E of 0.5 on £330k, I should hope he is after a substantial return on his 'high risk' investment. | dusseldorf
11/3/2006 08:56 | what amazed me about all the AZH thing is that some brokers put 'accept' as the default, but tdw did not, i accepted the second extended offer only to then cancel it at 11.56am..( still have the paperwork going to frame it i think) Expensive thing to do, so do i now sell the lot and use the tax losses or see what happens, being caught in LGB as well the Nasdaq must be out of the mind wanting the LSE, in fact lets all buy that.. LSE did not help or the FSA fining EVG peanuts...i could go on and on but i wont.... | jmillskeel
10/3/2006 16:59 | 0.00522% that'll be one of the the screws that secures one of the hinges on the petty cash box - which incidentally is empty :-) | uknighted
10/3/2006 16:49 | Surely as a shareholder i should have been informed or given the opportunity to attend this meeting !!! I own 0.00522 % of this company !!! | vanhalen
10/3/2006 16:26 | I asked my broker (as mine is a nominee account) what the EGM was about and he read me out the RNS - i.e. had no idea | dusseldorf
10/3/2006 16:02 | Does anyone actually know what this mysterious resolution was that was passed today? | dusseldorf
09/3/2006 10:45 | Hi guys how are you all doing. I'm back Bought some AZH this morning. | very quick
09/3/2006 09:56 | ...and now its the lowest price even after conversion ;) | dusseldorf
09/3/2006 09:43 | JakNife - its not the lowest if you take into account convertibles, however 'currently the lowest market value shell on AIM' I assume the swiss investor is not going to throw away £330,000 so, a reverse aquisition can be expected and most likely has already been approached and a preliminary agreement reached even after conversion, there will only be around 110m shares is issue, which at current prices means a market cap in the region of £220k The company has recently received applications to invest £345k, which even when consolidated against the balance sheet gives a positive asset value of £145k ish after full conversion. The swiss investor has a break even of 0.5p, so unless he is planning further investment at lower levels, AZH is starting to look attractive once more to those of us who speculate more than others | dusseldorf
08/3/2006 23:05 | Hello Jak. I hope all is well. So are you advising people not to buy? If I invested 5k today that would mean that I would own over 3% of the company wouldn't it? Now if a couple of other investors thought the same we would have over 10% between us and then...well you have heard it all before! What next? | greenchair
08/3/2006 21:38 | currently the lowest market value shell on AIM | dusseldorf
08/3/2006 13:44 | baconn - yes, so in theory the company still has 6.5 months though obviously nobody will be able to buy stock after now 14 trading days has lapsed | dusseldorf
08/3/2006 13:31 | Re the above- I understand if a deal does not take place by 31st march- the the shares are suspended for 6 months before being delisted | baconn
07/3/2006 10:49 | just over 15 trading days to effect a reverse aquisition | dusseldorf
05/3/2006 15:24 | Only £330 million, i thought i saw a euroclear RNS for $4.89 bln | jmillskeel
02/3/2006 17:35 | LOL! well they have accrued £345,000 which after taking liabilities into account leaves them with a £140,000 cash surplus. | dusseldorf
02/3/2006 17:21 | I expect AZH have accrued £330,000,000 from Argentinian building contracts and transferred the funds to a brazilian bank and now looking to bring the funds to europe using the euroclear system !!! | vanhalen |
