    Board Restructure

    ATC Group today announces that it has restructured its board to combine both the Commercial Director and Finance Director roles. Andrew
Parsliffe, FCA, a Board director and current Commercial Director as well as ATC's previous interim Finance Director has been appointed to
this new role with immediate effect. 

    This Board Change facilitates Ian Crawley's stepping down from the Board in order to pursue other interests. The Board would like to
thank Ian for his contribution to the business over the last 12 months and wishes him well in his future endeavours.  

    Alex Tupman, ATC's CEO commented:-

    significant FTSE financial and commercial experience combined with an in depth knowledge of ATC's group wide operations".
