There was research from 2011/12 that highlighted the fraud that was ACHL but investors on here ignored the research and preferred to shoot the messengers.

They (ACHL) never intended to grow Oranges successfully - it was intended as a fraud from the outset imo.

Yet another AIM fraud from start to finish. Lost count how many there are but unless laws are put in place and AIM is fined along with AIM nomads and auditors nothing is going to change and investors will keep getting robbed with no recourse.Another thing, such fraud compounds to drain the economy. The UK has literally lost billions over the years. This is all money that could have been used to generate real wealth and employ real workers for the benefit of their and their family and communities around them.

The Aim structure is money making machine for all parties involved, that is apart from the investors (cannon fodder)who have to take on all the risk in a somewhat lawless business environment. By having nomads which are advisors, brokers, market makers which are paid by the company is a recipe for disaster. Why would a Nomad flag up problems with its own employer ? And if the company is based overseas then all the better then everybody involved can stick their heads in the sand and plead ignorance.

Sorry if this is slightly off topic here, but i noticed after the RNS yesterday nobody had said boo about the suspension, so better here than anywhere.

Lol so this plain and simple fraud will come as a massive shock to investors - NOT !

Varies,

Sorry to hear that.

I genuinely believe the company is being managed down to zero cash with the constant negative news flow. At some point it will de-list from AIM or fold completely but whatever the outcome there will be no payout for UK investors.

I'm slightly surprised the share price has held up as well as it has today. It almost feels to me the directors are playing a game - seeing who can dream up the most preposterous story to feed to investors whilst they suck the cash out through dodgy fertilizer/pesticide deals and related party transactions.

BTW, I cannot imagine a chinese company with a bundle of cash lists on a foreign exchange with the express desie to shift the cash out of their coffers and into the pockets of dividend seeking investors. I do not think that is the chinese way. At all.

A chinese co. has to carry more cash typically (we are told) as it is difficult for smaller companies to get bank loans (or loans without strings attached). Anytime a business in China is in trouble, that float of cash seems to have to be paid to someone outside the company - this happens with remarkable frequency - and stock for some reason becomes worthless, before the company delists. Whether the cash disappears in apparent abortive attempts to build a factory, invest in a new line of enterprise, or as in this case pay for large quantities of anti-pathogenic chemicals; there always seems to be something. So of course on delisting the company always seems to have minimal value and shareholders get diddly or close to it. Coincidence? You decide.

" Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company "

Whenever you see words of this nature in any RNS, the company is telling you your shares are likely worthless.

You've been around long enough, surely, to know that that sentence is a standard HKEx disclaimer which is in every announcement regardless of how the company is doing.

I'm not saying this to be nasty or to poke fun at those who have lost money here. I'm just telling you from experience, to take out whatever funds you have left and reinvest them somewhere else. Somewhere where in all likelyhood you will have a much better chance of recouping some of your losses.

This is just my own personal opinion based on past experience of monitoring such situations.

If you are not sure speak to a qualified financial advisor. (Of which I am not)

From todays RNS:

'Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.'

Too funny!
