Hi Aja5, with provision for exchange rate fluctuations and interest on debt, I make this recent fundraise in the region of 25p a share, which is certainly an improvement on recent fundraising activities.

It is also clear that the business has continued strong support from its core group of investors.

The downside, if fully converted to equity, is a further dilution of circa 11m shares.

What is your view on the above points?

As you know I am an 'overly concerned' skeptic with regard to the listing premium theory that has been touted, of which my stance definitely hasn't changed, however based on every price I have been offered, the reported sells would appear to be sells, and yet the bid creeps up every time. Small steps, but it does appear that somebody or some entity is very quietly absorbing anything that is offered, and with that my positivity is growing by the day.

Well it's the end of the quarter tomorrow.......
No prospectus
No new funding
No debt for equity exchange agreed
No date for moving exchanges
Another missed lot of targets it's looking like!!

That clock keeps on ticking........But I ask this one further question, they had some emergency funding circa 10 weeks ago which gave them circa 6 weeks running money HOW exactly are they keeping the lights on ???
Even if they sorted the above out your looking at another 8 weeks at least before they can get their hands on the much needed £8.5 million in funding..........
They certainly aren't in a position of strength,to demand a listing at the rumoured $2 NZ
