RNS Number:5375X Armour Group PLC 08 April 2004 For immediate release 8 April 2004 Re - Director's shareholding Armour Group Plc ("Armour" or the "Company") George Dexter, Chief Executive of Armour, has today exercised 700,000 share options at a price of 10p per share held under the Armour Group Plc 1995 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme. The 700,000 new ordinary shares have also today been sold by Mr. Dexter at a price of 82p per share. Accordingly Mr. Dexter's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 240,604 shares, representing approximately 0.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, and his holding of options over ordinary shares now stands at 1,684,590 following the exercise of options referred to above. Application has been made for the 700,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each (representing approximately 1.33 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital) to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 16 April 2004. Mr. Dexter has agreed not to sell any further shares in the Company for a period of one year from today's date.
