Rns. Not minblowing but amr stays afloat

Not sure if they've found a deal callumross, I also hold legendary investments who seem buoyed by their Virtualstock investment, both RNS seem to use same terminology/phrases and could be a good fit for a reverse takeover, although obviously no names are mentioned, call it intuition. I've held Amr for 35+ years, they never cease to amaze me and Bob Morton is a good business man, but sails close to the wind.

Deadline approaching, will Amr announce an investment before 5 Feb, or are these out of Aim? It's been a very long journey!!

Looks like it's the end of the road for PI's

Envirovision - AMR also traded on ISDX. Winterfloods moved their quote from the bid to the offer at 10:12 a.m. Maybe a large delayed buy or knowledge based. Hope this can be the next WRN which moved from 4p to £2.30 in a week. Well, can always dream!

Hi holding in AMR is in Hawk, I guess he is very well connected to say the least.

That was my initial target for these. I felt 8p was a reasonable level given the upside from the announcement and obvious de-risking. Then I thought further upside possible when we see how the business is performing etc.

Thing with AMR is that these rises often occur in the weeks/months following news and when unexpected. Therefore I will just wait until it move which it will.

Blimey - someone seems to have picked up 2,700 shares and sold them at a loss an hour later. AMR is not really a trading stock and certainly not one you are going to make a profit on £150 quids worth. From past experience any rise usually follows over the following days/weeks.

The next few weeks could be interesting when the market catches up with events.

Sale completed. AMR has 3 million in cash after payment of debt.

Much better now that has cleared and they can focus on the stronger businesses.

I would expect some sort of re-rating here now the company is derisked significantly IMO DYOR

As most of us here know AMR is capable of moving up quite quickly once momentum and buying starts.

Looks like the vote for the proposed transaction coming up soon and I should think more interest. I am sticking with my initial 8p short term target. After that could be more upside.
