                            Director's Shareholdings


Armour Group plc has today been notified that Mrs SMH Morton, spouse of Mr Bob
Morton, who is a director of the Company, has on 20 July 2006 acquired 210,000
ordinary shares in the Company. Following this purchase, Mr and Mrs Morton hold
a combined total of 1,110,000 ordinary shares representing 1.62% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
