                        ARMOUR GROUP PLC (the "Company")

                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made for 204,324 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
pursuant to the exercise of 17,500 options at 10p per share and 186,824 options
at 14p per share. The new shares have been allotted by the company, subject to
admission and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the
Company, and trading is expected to commence on 27 September 2004.
