Posted at 12/4/2022 07:01 by wobblywilbur 40F - I also read those dividend terms in the Scheme Document. Nothing mentioned (as far as I could see) in the Arden final accounts and also no other mention in any of the recent RNS'. This dividend must be an accepted mechanism within the Takeover Rules as with Arden retained earnings under water I am not sure that 'normally' they would be able to declare a dividend.... |
Posted at 12/4/2022 00:50 by 40 fathoms This deal has been in the works for so long and has had so many twists and turns that I have forgotten that we should be getting a small dividend at some-point. If memory serves me correctly we are entitled, subject to adjustment via the merger ratio, to any Ince dividend paid after the deal was announced. They went ex recently with a 0.5p per share dividend and it is payable on 20th May. I assume when we get the final deal timetable, ours will be on the way. |

Posted at 29/10/2021 11:12 by 40 fathoms This should provide you with someview as to what the two analysts that cover Ince think with respect to its prospects.Ince is forecast to do EPS of .0816 for this FY (ending March 2022). This is based on a blended forecast form Panmure and Arden. This puts Ince on a P/E of 5.7 x this FY and 4.27x next and 3.2x for FY ending 3/2024 ... this is before the accretion they are expecting form the Arden take over. These numbers assume revenue of 106 million this year, 119 million next and 140 million for the year ending 03/2024 Arden has 100p price target and Panmure has 98p. I guess the other relevant bit to consider is the dividend should be reinstated in December and they are targeting an ongoing payout of 20% of net profit. |
Posted at 01/7/2021 09:36 by rossco Great profit and also continuing to trade well.Perhaps a dividend after full year results are known? Perhaps we have turned the corner. |

Posted at 04/8/2014 18:16 by jakecook wow! that is a bit too much imo. Typical problems with illiquid shares, if you want to sell, you get what MMs offer you. No dividend is not helping much either I guess. Maybe L. Johnson is eating his cakes into oblivion...Maybe not. We need to wait 6 more months. GLA |
Posted at 07/3/2014 11:44 by bluerunner Very quiet thread but ARDN is making nice progress. If you look at the one year chart, it appears to rise in a stepwise fashion (on news) but doesn't retrace much.I have a 130p target here. |
Posted at 18/2/2014 11:36 by banking1 hii hold a different opinion - i see 150p+ they are raising money - markets are open to more risk with the green shoots in the economy back - and they paying a decent divi onwards and upwards - the new investor will surely bring business to the table aswell holding for another 12 months |
Posted at 09/11/2013 10:48 by daz Agree, it could be near 100p in a years time Banking, Cenkos is also moving up, it seems that the market is waking up to the fact stockbrokers are in a good place.ARDN is well under the radar and has has been shown in the last few days, it doesn't take much buying to move the price, so when there is wider appreciation of the sector, the shares could fly. |
