06/8/2008 08:36 | Put the increase in R&D back in and the increase in general & its even. I still like the way this is going now all the spending is done on acquisition's. Pay off is near. There is a presentation this morning, we will have see what is thought of that. | chavitravi

24/7/2008 16:48 | With the news yesterday and the good buys today I would have thought this would have moved up a bit. | chavitravi
22/7/2008 16:56 | I have just been looking at this company called Concurren Technologies (CNC) that would seem to be doing very well and realised as I was reading the final results that what they were working with was Intel who gets there licence from us which means we are doing ok at ARK. worth a read, see what you think. Michael Collins, Chairman, commented: "The number of sales opportunities we have been following up recently has been higher than ever and this has been putting pressure on our engineering team for some time. Our top priority has become the swift expansion of our engineering capability. We have been investing substantially more in development in the last 2 years and we are budgeting for a further significant increase in 2008. We are very enthusiastic about the prospects for our new activities in India and intend to press ahead as fast as we can to build a significant design capability there during 2008." "In recent months, the number of sales requests emanating from India has increased and so the Group has established a sales channel in the sub-continent. In the coming months, a further sales channel will be established there to address the defence and telecommunications markets in particular. Sales opportunities in the USA have also increased. In 2008 so far we have not seen any lessening of customer interest in our products due to the economic downturn affecting many parts of the developed world. We believe this to be because our primary focus now is telecommunications and defence where our experience indicates that demand for innovation continues to be high." "We have announced some important new product launches this year already and we expect that the release of even more new products based on the latest multi-core Intel® processors should ensure that we are in an excellent position to take advantage of these sales opportunities." 26 March 2008 | chavitravi
22/7/2008 13:37 | How the hell do you work this one out, not one sell all morning, just buys, & someone comes in & buys nearly £159k worth in one go at at Mid price 19.50p instead of offer price? And the price doesn't budge!! Its been going up at one percent of that buy. How has whoever got hold of that much at that price? | chavitravi
21/7/2008 17:32 | Daily Telegraph Chip designer ARC looks in good shape to turn a profit next year after an agreement revealed yesterday with the technology giant Intel that could bolster ARC's royalty by £3m a year by 2010. ARC trades on 2.3 times 2007 sales forecasts and 1.8 times 2008 estimates its closest peer, ARM, is valued at 6.3 times 2007 revenue projections. But with the Intel deal in the bag, ARC's recent recovery does not appear to be another false dawn. Buy. | chavitravi
21/7/2008 17:28 | The Telegraph Chip designer ARC last week signed a breakthrough deal with chip-maker Intel, which sees it licensing its IP for a range of products to the US giant for a number of years. In terms of its enterprise value over sales, it looks cheap compared with its peers, on just 2.4 times this year. So far the stock has remained below the radar, suggesting plenty of upside for investors who get in now. Buy | chavitravi
21/7/2008 12:44 | Just bought another 44k shares at 19.65p, I should have sold my other shares last week & come in much cheaper, still I'm in for the best now & hope to make back what I have lost by my reduce over all price. I think you are right Yangou there is bags of upside on this, in fact if last time this "went" is anything to go by I think this in the next month will double its present price especially now they have got all the acquisitions they want & seem to have it all working well with plenty of business from what I can make of it, thats why I have never sold. | chavitravi
18/7/2008 17:45 | Investors chronicle giving it a Buy today. Still holding after down 50% being told to hold by a tech newsletter. So if you can buy here I believe you will have bags of upside over the long term. | yangou
18/7/2008 16:46 | Back in after selling out last summer - surely due for a bounce ? | nbaxter
18/7/2008 16:36 | ho ho ho, what does someone know? Report on 6th Aug. | chavitravi
14/7/2008 15:58 | I have had a email back from Charles Rendell again & he said there will be a statement in early August. Thats usual I believe. | chavitravi
10/7/2008 16:22 | Can't be said to be small volume today, £100k sold today. Good news is no director sells. | chavitravi
10/7/2008 16:13 | I emailed Charles Rendell yesterday to ask what was coursing this down turn & if there was something very wrong. He did reply on this occasion & said he had made enquires & that there was nothing amiss, just the market & the price had fallen on very small volume. This should not be this price now they are in what would seem to be a position to start making money. This may be a reaction from yesterdays fall. Who knows. | chavitravi
10/7/2008 13:20 | PAIN nearly over Double bottom. | mckenzie one
10/7/2008 12:37 | 15p! What's happening? | 0ldplayer
28/6/2008 00:18 | You make one wonder if your a basher Ameer. | chavitravi
27/6/2008 23:12 | Deleted. To prove to you that I am not. | ameer
25/6/2008 18:33 | 2- 5k Buy and 4-5k sell and 1-100k sell. 120k sold in all which is really speaking sweet Fanny Adams, but what a re-action. The 100k seller must have been a bit frightened on one of the 5k sells. Still confident come Feb the report is going to be bloody good. | chavitravi
03/6/2008 17:24 | Another good deal done to yet another leading comp today. This has to be seen sooner or later for what it is. | chavitravi
12/5/2008 17:37 | Too true, We have discussed this one before and it was pointed out it is not the value NOW its what its going to be. All the acquisition's have been made to make this a very well rounded & interlacing company & with the markets there to do business with. Yes, I for one kicked myself for not selling at around the 50p mark and could not believe it when it continued to fall believing it will "come back next week". It will come back I'm certain & I will be here. Has to the 30% market, I think more simply because they are well ahead of anyone with this technology & because they have made them selfs well rounded with the acqisitions they can pretty much meet any demand in any area. I also think Divi's are only a year away on this one, then see it go!! | chavitravi |
