                            Director's Shareholding

The Company has, today, been informed, following a purchase on 21st January
2008, of  25,000 Ordinary Shares of 4p each at a price of 21.5 pence per share
by Elson Services Limited, which is owned by the Rowan Trust in which Mr Pieter
Totte, a director of the Company, and certain members of his family have a
beneficial interest, that Mr Totte now has a total beneficial interest in
3,132,446 Ordinary Shares representing 12.29% of the total number of shares in
issue and of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.

Currently, the total number of shares in issue and Total Voting Rights are
25,486,110
