I was and still am very cross and in the 80's
working in the city we did have freedom of speech
in the real sense of the word.
I guess we had bigger balls then.
Well done on the new forum, I will
join once the teething problems are
resolved. I will enquire how to contact

Questions that need answering eg:-

(1) who are the principal trading creditors, the instigators of this winding up order

(2) how much is involved

(3) what is Cyrus' position on this

(4) why was scarce financial resource used to finance completion of cable car

(5) why was Bam not sold or JVed when revenue received was below breakeven

Imo the suspension and winding up order should not have happened given info of RNS (if genuine) dated 22/10/2012, just three months, earlier unless there has been a material change in circumstance since then.

have all been screwed and help us
take those responsible in front of a judge.

For good people to do nothing is for evil to prevail! Pillar Mining to high grades has demonstrated a clear challenge to what we were led to believe - see previous posts! Is this the tip of the iceberg? Until dismissed there is a stench over the last 2 years and the imminent gold statements as the share price was trashed. I am now suspicious that this management knew fine that pillar mining was always where the real gold was since early 2009 not end 2011! if so we never stood a chance on the imminent commercial gold statements. Cyrus were part of our BOD remember! How convenient to bluff significant CAPEX of the gold mine through the equity markets only to steal the show! Many voices placed on forums to bolster the share price as they financed through equity and then disappear when job done -professional ramping? Cyrus preferential charge is significantly enriched they are in a better position than they have ever been to get value - ever! They waited to the cusp of real gold production before striking?...... but the real question was this BOD complicit or just plain naïve! I don't know where the truth lies but I would like it dismissed because it all now seems in retrospect it could be one big deception to create value for Cyrus!

Genuine commiserations to all holders....Cyrus and their "man" got the crown jewel at the expense of ordinary shareholders no doubt.

In future Mr Nick Hall should NOT be allowed to head a mining company let alone one in Greenland - he is an accountant and not a geologist...he is NOT qualified. If in doubt check out what happened to Bem's field activities with a former stockbroker as head honcho.

Sleveen, you are spot on! Gibre, I haven't had any more go to the wall than the two mentioned but my other bigest loss was ALK. Got in at 100p and out at 20p - ouch! Looks a good prospect now though!
