Company attempt to ramp up share price with Broker roadshow 3. Liquid Weaselaire active 4. Shill journalists writing 'positive' articles |

Posted at 24/1/2013 09:19 by cockney sparrow Looks like the village idiot's cap could belong to Giblets 34.......... gb234 2 Aug'12 - 08:00 - 4826 of 7947 0 0 There's a lot in what you say 99Jeremiah but it is very unlikely that ANGM will go bust.Cyrus effectively controls ANGM and as an investment company they have access to all the funds that ANGM will ever need. They offered ANGM the funding for BAM @ 15% loan rate but ANGM are looking for a better deal/method of funding.Cyrus have a member on the BoD and know ANGMs true worth.BAM is probably worth $2000m once into production and ANGM have Nalunaq aswell.ANGM also have first mover advantage in Greenland and could become a massive enterprise in time.Cyrus are well aware of this and with 577m shares in ANGM they have a lot to gain. The fact that they just leant ANGM another $1.75m rather than pushing ANGM into a placing speaks volumes and allows the share price to rise without an overhang around its neck. granitetim 2 Aug'12 - 08:04 - 4827 of 7947 0 0 This alway's makes me chuckle when posters quote "Plenty of positive news due. GLA" It is very seldom the case especially with ANGM gb234 2 Aug'12 - 08:23 - 4828 of 7947 0 0 It looks like the actual dealing spread is only 0.03p,1.1p bid and 1.13p offer. The buying at 1.13p has already started.Another morning rise followed by afternoon fall and a resulting overall small rise I guess. Smudger88 2 Aug'12 - 08:27 - 4829 of 7947 0 0 Your guesses are invariably inaccurate and angm continues to lose money hand over fist. Asset rich and cash poor companies are common on AIM, and usually end in disaster for shareholders. Why would this be any different ? vivgav 2 Aug'12 - 08:28 - 4830 of 7947 0 0 and up she goes vivgav 2 Aug'12 - 08:29 - 4831 of 7947 0 0 ANGM Having ANOTHER go! Tick up - news due gb234 2 Aug'12 - 08:33 - 4832 of 7947 0 0 MMs are going to be put on the run here and then we should see some real large rises.(Although I am quite happy with these small daily rises). granitetim 2 Aug'12 - 08:35 - 4833 of 7947 0 0 gb you say this "MMs are going to be put on the run here" every day 3 or four times a day. It never happens it makes you look desperate ;) gb234 2 Aug'12 - 08:44 - 4834 of 7947 0 0 ...and up again,MMs could be put on the run gb234 2 Aug'12 - 08:49 - 4835 of 7947 0 0 I bet that there are a lot of ex-holders kicking themselves for not buying back in at 0.95p.It is not too late though as ANGM can rally far.Last time they rallied from 0.8p to 3p.Don't miss this rally. granitetim 2 Aug'12 - 08:55 - 4836 of 7947 0 0 I bet there are a lot of holders that bought above 5p and watched it sink to these levels and desperately sat ramping the dead duck in the vein chance of getting out with a few quid to drop on the next debt ridden poor producing stock. Are they buying (The rampers) Noooooooo they want Joe muggins to buy so they can sell. LoL Smudger88 2 Aug'12 - 08:57 - 4837 of 7947 0 0 Exacty Tim. Nice to see someone on this thread with a large dose of common sense. gb234 2 Aug'12 - 08:58 - 4838 of 7947 0 0 Marab (re your post on wows thread),it is not the next gold pour that is driving the share price but expectations of a licence to remove some Target Block pillars.I don't expect a gold pour now to be exceptional but I expect the September onwards gold pours to be really good. |
Posted at 24/1/2013 09:00 by ihollins got a friend whose jobs on the line as a result - shame really but I did say when they accepted the job - gb234 24 Jan'13 - 08:05 - 7940 of 7945 - sleveen, you may be correct for most companies but not ANGM.ANGM have an asset,BAM,which has worth and this will be used to do a deal with CYRUS.ANGM also know how to use spin to create cash for themselves from PIs.I expect that ANGM will have a consolidation of between 25:1 and 50:1 and then do placings of the Socius/Seda tap variety.Cyrus will get 75% of BAM for a $10m-$15m reduction of debt but Cyrus won't want ANGM to go to the wall and their backing will mean ANGM will return from suspension IMO. you serious? a seda + consolidation = possibility???? - you dont consolidate with a seda open as that gives more to fall than there is - what next a leaseback arrangement? - learn the market before investing |

Posted at 22/1/2013 06:43 by gb234 Again I see myself agreeing with JAF,worrying! I don't think ANGM planned to rip PIs off to build the cable car,it just happened that way.Cyrus had a board member and as they bankrolled ANGM they were able to get their priority (the building of BAMs cable car)acted upon.ANGM always thought that Nalunaq profitability was just around the corner,'just another month Rodney and we will hit commercial production'.This went on from 2011 to Dec 2012 when Cyrus had finally had enough and said 'If we lend you another $2m we want $3.85m back by Feb 15th AND you need to issue shares for cash by then or we take 75% of Arctic Mining,BAM.'.That is where ANGM are now. They will fail to pour enough gold to raise the $3.85m,just like they have failed to ever hit commercial production IMO.Cyrus will take 75% of BAM and ANGM will consolidate and do placings IMO.Time is running out and ANGM management can prevaricate nolonger. They need to hit the target and promises will nolonger do.They won't imo. |
Posted at 03/1/2013 06:57 by gb234 We all know that over $30m is due next month and to save 75% of Arctic Mining (BAM) ANGM have to do TWO things aswell.1. Pay Cyrus $3.85m.2.Raise cash from equity. These are conditions of the $2m loan,FACTS in the RNSs,not OPINION.Equity cash is not bank loan cash, it is cash from issuing shares and the nominal value of ANGM shares is 1p, so ANGM cannot get that cash from the market without an EGM to either change the nominal value or raise the share price by reducing the number of shares,CONSOLIDATION |
