Gentlemen,

I draw your attention to May 15 presentation page 9 on the AEX website. You'll get many of your answers there. If I were you I'd then start researching the cretaceous sand fans of west Africa (Kosmos energy is a good starting point). Also the recent discoveries off newfoundland:

You'll also find similarities with the Atlantic margin assets of some current AIM/ISE hopefuls.

Regards,
Ed.

sleveen,

Thank you the reply. A real shame if true.

ngms27,

They need to explain how they are so off prognosis and also, importantly, any major pressure differentials. I remember reading about short and thin 'stringer' sands. Was NT1 drilled into a group of thin stringers (very productive ones) and the current discovery something else? Perhaps larger and potentially sizeable?

cash, on the day of the RNS I suggested it doesn't look like NT-2 is connected to NT-1 but another poster who works in the industry suggested in fans you can get results like this.

I've done some more homework and read extensively about fans and I'm still convinced the sands encountered at NT-2 ARE NOT the same sands encountered at NT-1 and they are not in communication. So my suggestion that NT-2 has actually encountered the NT-3 target sands is in my opinion still on the table. i.e. They may have tagged part of a much larger structure.

ngms27,

Reason I ask, judging the plan and what they've got so far, looking across to WRL and what they show in their presentations, it looks like NT2 is potentially bigger and part of a separate structure. How big, is the question. The broker targets will not account for that, if its the case.

You don't need broker targets just some common sense ;)

For example mine were 4p with NT-2 success before NT-3 and 10p with NT-3 success.

I'm thinking NT-2 has come in larger (potentially much larger) than AEX were expecting given the RNS.

What broker targets are floating around? Last one I saw was 2.8p, well out of date now.

Edit: Cannacord have a target of 3.50p from Nov. I wonder if there are others that reflect the current status quo.

I recall some discussion, but I thought it was dark humour, more that his portfolio was deceased, not himself.

May have got it wrong though.
