LOAN EXTENSION & OPERATIONAL UPDATE

Aminex (LON: AEX) is pleased to announce a six month extension to the repayment of its corporate loan facility to 31 July 2016 has been agreed in principle. The extension will provide the Company with valuable flexibility during the commissioning and testing phase of the Kiliwani North gas field.

HIGHLIGHTS:

· Loan term extended 6 months to 31 July 2016;
· Gas Sales Agreement ("GSA") inclusive of payment protection terms submitted to Tanzanian Attorney General office pending final signature;
· Songo Songo processing plant now complete and ready for Kiliwani North gas to begin commissioning and testing; and
· Final well maintenance work in progress to bring Kiliwani North-1 on stream.

Ndovu has reached agreement with the Tanzanian Petroleum Development Corporation on all terms of the GSA, including acceptable payment protection mechanisms for all gas delivered. The agreement has now been forwarded to the Tanzanian Attorney General's office, whose approval is required prior to formal signing of the much-anticipated agreement.

The Board again acknowledges the patience and support of all shareholders and a further statement will be made regarding the GSA in due course.

KK is a complete loon but great to see him chasing me round the boards. Proves something....As for my certifications, look up CREST, not the cybersecurity has anything to do with Aminex but when people are hurting from their investments, they feel the need to discredit other posters. Been on ADVFN long enough to spot that trait.As for Aminex, wait and see yeah....the recent low oil prices are hurting all markets, especially exploration...but this wont last forever. I dont see Aminex around in 2017 as my take is that it will be gobbled up once production in underway.

Amazing that some people are so clueless when entering the markets. Enlighten us with what your 2015 'pic' was.

Just read again. The 2015 'pic' rose about 10% or "4p to 45p". So Aminex might finish 2016 at 1.6p.

Looks like a massive bonus on its way in 2016.Chart firming up for a massive rise. 9-10p is my initial target with it going to 15-30 within 1 year. My 2016 pick for sure. Last years pic rose 4p to 45p. No doubt, this will do a similar move.

Neil Ritson,
documents are with the attorney general and needs to be signed off, before TPDC can finally execute. The SS plant is ready and will need our gas for commissioning work.

If the trend is your friend, then I'm a bit concerned at this afternoon's late rise.

Could it be that those city types have returned from their pre-Christmas lunches and started indiscriminately hitting buy buttons, or could it be something more fundamental. - An imminent rumour for instance.

All too much for this deluded AEX holder.

yes gerryjames exactly, What is time I ask? or the divisions that man divides time, when compared to an eternity? it is blown into insignificants and becomes irrelevant. Time, as it takes its time to pass need be nether relative nor constant to awaken our consciousness and excite our imaginations. All a bit of an oddity really.
I think we have come to learn a new concept of time, (aminextime) to be understood to mean, The Next Time.
