More encouraging news from the Amazing camp..!!

I really hope the 'Big' news comes soon. Hopefully before the year is out, if not, 1st quarter next year.

Construction of the complex starts in January next year - I am so bullish on this stock. With a gaming licence granted, land already purchased, building starting in January, this stock really is going to start to move. 500p by Easter next year, no problem..!!

Gaming Bill
On 8 October CEPD chairperson Ho Mei-yueh responded (to a question posed by a KMT legislator) that the CEPD holds the view that "it is inappropriate at present for gaming bill to be passed since Taiwan does not currently have a suitable regulatory framework in place" On the same day, Penghu Governor Wang Chien Fa led a delegation of officials from Penghu County Government and called on the Legislature's Speaker Wang Ching-pyng, soliciting his support for the gaming bill. According to the legislative proceedings code, the Legislature Speaker has the power to determine whether a bill should be resolved by voting or not. The bill still enjoys full support from the KMT, PFP, and independent legislators (the Non-Partisan Alliance), and the Speaker is also in favour of having the bill decided by vote, instead of mutual negotiation between the two political camps - a general practice within the legislature for the approval of bills. A vote would mean an almost certain passage of the bill, since the "pan blue" camp controls the majority within the legislature. The most forthright support for the bill has come from the Non-Partisan Alliance, who has threatened to boycott the proceedings of other bills in the legislature, if the gaming bill is not approved in the current session. Earlier, on 30 August 2007 the KMT came out for the first time and expressed, via their presidential candidate, Ma Ying-jeou, explicit support for passage of the gaming bill during the current session. The Company continues to monitor the situation.

I am indeed involved...

I've followed this stock since the day it was listed, and have very high hopes for it..!!

We just need the big news to come out of Taiwan, and then we should see this stock really rock and roll..!!

I'm hopefull of an announcement before year end, and when the announcement does hit the tapes, i will be one very happy man..!!

Exactly.....

I think this stock has so much potential. I think the whole gaming/Asia thing has already blown up, but there is so so much more to come..

With the casino built, the licence granted, i think by this time next year, this stock could be trading at 1400p no problem..!!

What's everyone's view on this stock...

Had a really good run this year, and the general concensus is that between now and the end of the year, the bill for casino gaming will be passed.

I've had my eye on this stock for a while now, and although it is a slow burner, i really think this stock could have a fantastic end to the year, and a monumentous 2008.

Final Completion of the Government Land

Full ownership of 27 acre site in Penghu Islands



Amazing Holdings Plc, the AIM listed hotel and leisure company seeking to build
Taiwan's first world class hotel and casino resort, is pleased to announce today
that it has concluded the final piece of Government land within its site. The
Company now has full ownership of its 27 acre beach fronted site in the Penghu
Islands, Taiwan.



As the Company outlined at the time of its initial public offering, it had
control of the private land within the 27 acre beach fronted site, together with
agreements in place regarding the eventual purchase of the Government land, both
Central and Local Government, within the site. The final purchase today is the
culmination of a land completion process that commenced with an initial 'Heads
of Agreement' entered into by the founders of the Company, Tim Potter and Ian
Irvin, on 28th May 1999.



This has been an extremely complex process undertaken by Amazing and the
authorities in the Penghu Islands and Taipei, Taiwan. It involved negotiating
the purchase of 102 individual pieces of land collectively owned by 287
different land owners within the 27 acre site.



We would also like to express our thanks to Tim Potter, one of our founding
Directors who, at this time, is stepping down from the Board of Directors of
Amazing Holdings Plc, and our other group companies, as previously indicated on
19th March 2007 following our AGM. Tim and his wife Mai have played a key role
in the land completion process. We are grateful for Tim's contribution since the
Company's formation.

Casino Services Contract

The Board of Amazing is pleased to announce that, as outlined in its AIM admission document, it has now signed the agreement with Navegante Group Inc ("Navegante"), to cover management services for the operation of its casino once the project is completed. This is a further step in Amazing's strategic plan as it develops core competencies in gaming.

The agreement with Navegante has been signed in order to ensure that the casino project is ready to progress as soon as possible after all the relevant legislative and regulatory approvals have been received. Considerable progress continues to be made on the project and the company is entering into the final stages of land acquisition in Penghu. The Company has also now commenced a detailed review of the initial construction options on its site, working in consultation with its advisors and with the local authorities on the island.

Navegante is wholly owned by Larry Woolf and is the largest privately owned Casino operator in the State of Nevada, USA. Navegante currently operates 11 Casinos, throughout Nevada and elsewhere in North America, and has recently been awarded the management contract for the Sahara in Las Vegas.

The terms for the agreement are exactly in line with those disclosed in its AIM admission document.

Amazing Holdings issues 500,000 shares at 2 stg each to Tai-Vegas


LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Amazing Holdings PLC said it is issuing 500,000
shares at 2 stg each, making a total investment of 1 mln stg, to Tai-Vegas LLC,
a limited liability company managed by a consortium of gaming investors from
Nevada, US.
The placing will be used to help fund the continuing growth of the company
and provide additional working capital.
Amazing Holdings said, to satisfy further demand from Tai-Vegas, Bayside
Development Corp Ltd is selling 100,000 shares, while commercial and finance
director Ian Irvin is selling 125,000 shares in the company to Tai-Vegas, both
at 2 stg a share.
Following this, Tai-Vegas will hold a 4.51 pct stake and Irvin will hold a
14.85 pct stake in the company.
Separately, the company said its chief executive Larry Woolf has exercised
options and bought 125,000 shares at 1.50 stg each, taking his stake to 2.02 pct
of the issued share capital.

LONDON (AFX) - Leisure company Amazing Holdings PLC said its executive
director Tim Potter will resign when the site for its luxury casino resort on
the Penghu Islands, Taiwan, has been completed to its satisfaction.
Potter announced his intention to resign at the company's AGM today, Amazing
Holdings said in a statement.
