At the AGM of Altona (AIM: ANR) held earlier today, the Company can state that all resolutions were duly passed with the exception of Resolution 4, which was withdrawn due to the resignation of BDO as auditor to the Company on 15 December 2014. Altona can confirm that there were no points noted by BDO in connection with their resignation.
