One small caveat to my previous post. Expect a small sell-off from those holders who were hoping for more from the results comments (they were never going to get it as it is too soon!)

However, this should only be a short term selloff and when these holders have moved on to new shares we should be left with the REAL shareholders and finally start to see what we have all been waiting patiently for !

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE >YOUR PATIENCE WILL SOON BE REWARDED!

BPC10 - I'd give them 12mths, it is a startup and like all startups and as stephen1946 has stated before, don't expect jam today, be patient, if you want immediate substance, best stick with FTSE100.

I never used to have a lot of time for Paul Scotts views on small companies but I have had mu mind changed

If Paul thinks that Altitude has REMARKABLE potential that is good enough for me.!

I think that the present share price will be the new base line and that the share price movement from here will be upward (with a few small deviations along the way)

I ,for one will be holding on to all my shares and adding to them from time to time.

LETS KEEP THIS FORUM POSITIVE FROM HERE ON IN and ignore the "dirt diggers"They have their agenda ! Why else would they waste their time if Altitude is such a terrible company? If everyone ignores then eventually they will move elsewhere!

When can we expect to see some substance in the RNS announcements? Is this live in the US yet?

FrankWhite,
He clearly wants to see "hard information" to alleviate his nervousness but if we had that and it was good (or bad) would the price be where it is? I think not!

We know from the results that we have "66,000 Channl.com ("Channl") US sites now created for distributors and their customers".

Revoman, in post 3294, states that the Finncap note tells us that "customer engagement has been high".

It will be interesting to see the effect this placing cash has on driving the business forward from here.

Well, I've read Paul Scott's report. He says he's "a bit of a nervous shareholder" but he nevertheless notes that "the upside potential here looks remarkable".

As toyin would say, all the best! :-)

I note that WHI and Finncap have both compared ALT's potential presence in PPD market to that of JustEat in the takeaway food market.

BPC10 I see you like to copy and paste lowlifes post - which was absolute rubbish - you should have also read mine:

"This basically means that Altitude has acquired an operation which is indirectly owned to 50% by Altitude formed Chairman Richard Sowerby. But the company fails to disclose any information about the close links between Altitude and the company they are looking to acquire."

There are no legal reasons to do so, as you stated ex-chairman Sowerby has nothing to do with ALT - simple really - no close link!! He is no longer on the board and therefore unable to play any part influencing other board members, so no conflict and NO DISCLOSURE required.

The smell of related party transaction. In todays announcement from Altitude they are writing:"About AdProductsAdProducts is a UK supplier of promotional products direct to trade supplying 1,600 distributors in the UK. Altitude has conditionally agreed to acquire certain assets of AdProducts for a cash consideration of approximately £0.8 million (subject to a stock valuation adjustment). The acquisition will facilitate the launch of Channl in the UK, enabling distributors and their customers to trade online. AdProducts 2016 revenue was £3.5m with a profit before tax of £0.3m."There is nothing about any connection to the Altitude Group, looks like a clean deal.1. If you read about ADPRODUCTS.Com Limited, on the Companies House webpage you can find in the last financial report that.a. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Inspired Branding Group Limited.b. You can also find that Richard Sowerby is on the board of ADPRODUCT.COM Limited and he was until 30 April 2017 on the board of Altitude. From ADPRODUCTS.COM Limited last financial report, page 1823. The Inspired Branding Group Limited, is showing as the 100% owner of adproduct.com. If you than read The Inspired Branding Group Limited last financial report for the period ending 31 Dec 2015. You can read on page 3 that Richard Sowerby is the 50% owner of "The Inspired Branding Group Limited" he is therefore in indirect control of ADPRODUCTS.COM Limited. This basically means that Altitude has acquire an operation which is indirectly owned to 50% by Altitude formed Chairman Richard Sowerby. Ok so results didn't tell us anything we didn't already know. This remains a speculative share, the management are still confident and the market as ever still impatient..

stephen, I'd love to see the stats on how many placings are offered to anyone but II's in order to raise funds. I'm guessing that it's a small enough percentage to make your post irrelevant. Yet again.

toyin,

You dont find it concerning that when you call Market Brands you get to Aprinta?
Altitude has not written in any RNS that these operations are connected.

A piece of advice. Some people on this board have done a thing called research and probably know more than you think. I don't believe you are giving due respect to that. From now on you need to think before you post.

All the best

Sheep_Herder,

hxxp://www.marketbrandsgroup.com/MB-Footprint.html

Do you see anything familiar, Market Brands group printing facilities are the same as Aprinta Group facilities.

So Altitude first signed an agreement with Aprinta, RNS it. Then after a few months, they signed an agreement with Market Brands who are claiming the same printing facilities as Aprinta and then Altitude sent out a new RNS with a great new supply agreement.

Funny thing, I tried the phone number on www.marketbrandsgroup.com (+15184732492) and choose option one. No one picked up the phone, so I was connected to the answering machine with the message "Welcome to Aprinta Group", I thought I had called to Market Brands.
