i agree im sorry if you post anything you get bad press,
the reality this is not a start up its not worth 30 million, the valuation is insane,
this company has promised all this years ago, there is no evidence to support this price,

The bickering should now cease, let the facts speak for themselves. Glass half full or half empty, is a genuine point of view, but until the publication of the results, conjecture, nothing else.

And itâ€T82;s difficult to put together a future bear case for the enterprise. Even without giving any consideration to the two new contracts announced today, shares in Altitude look severely undervalued compared to the companyâ€;™s projected forward growth. Analysts are expecting the firm to produce earnings per share growth of 300% for 2016, growing pre-tax profits by a similar amount, from £0.5m to £2m. Revenue is expected to hit £6.8m. During 2018, further growth is expected with pre-tax profits projected to hit £3.3m and earnings per share of 5.2p pencilled-in.

As analysts dissect today’s news, I would not rule out earnings upgrades in the weeks ahead. Based on current projections, the shares are trading at a 2018 P/E of 12.5.

Own research needed

As a small-cap, Altitude comes with a higher level of risk than larger peers, but the company appears to have none of the major red flags that usually come with a high-risk start-up. Specifically, at the end of June 2016, the firm reported a clean balance sheet with no debt and cash resources of £0.4m. With the City projecting profits for the full year, it is reasonable to assume group cash will have grown further during the last six months of 2016.

Overall then, as a growth investment Altitude does look attractive. But as with all small-cap stocks, before making a trading decision, you should conduct your own due diligence and donâ€482;t just take my word for it.

I don't think it makes any sense to attach any value to WH Irelands ramblings. They did not even issue a research note until after the price went into the strat based on SCSW's article and look to have played catch-up as they were clearly asleep on the job. The share price is where it is because of SCSW's many followers including me. Given the shares are tightly held it doesn't take much to move the price. SCSW most times get it right but have had their howlers in terms of disruptive tech stocks such as Tungsten. So lets hope it's another of their winners but lets not kid ourselves that it is anything other than a speculative punt, albeit recommended by a well-respected tipsheet. All my own opinion, DYOR.

I dont give much for research write by the company's own broker/NOMAD.

WH is no longer Altitude broker but I think that is a separate story.

lowflow - WHIreland valued the exhibition business at £7.8, the traditional software business at £12.6m, and the new business at between £13.9m and £116.7m depending on take up. So that's a share price of 47p before you add on the new business.

I'd say there's a lot of scope to upgrade.

The Exhibitions and Publications business is very much real. But its only generating around £4.5m in annual revenue and £400-500k in operating profit.
Its not justifying a market cap of £32m.

The company has been listed for a number of years, and over time the market has been valuing the Exhibitions and Publications business to around £5m.

Is the proprietary software business worth £27m? (£32-5m) I dont think so based on what they have achieved in this business.
This business is built on the software products they have developed and on the balance sheet they are valued to £990k in the most recent financial report (H1 2016).

I am very keen to see the FY results, I dont think the numbers will be that interesting considering they already RNS a trading update. However, I am very keen to see how the big partnership they have signed with Aprint, AI Mastermind and Market Brands LLC is developing.

Naughty naughty lowflow....you're not giving the full story are you?

Whilst your figures are correct, what you have failed to say is the turnover actually increased from £4.3M in 2015 to £5.7M in 2016. The reason for the loss was mainly due to admin costs relating to an acquisition made in the year.

Anyone can read the accounts on:

And yet that "collapse" isn't reflected in their share price. Hmmm...

By the way, if you must deramp, can you try to make sure you don't screw up the page formatting.
