22/2/2014 19:35 | Petralva, you can 't be serious! In the gulf where al noor operate people would die without private healthcare provision - it's not like the Nhs you know! Many countries around the world have private Healthcare made affordable thro health insurance. New legislation in dubai is in the process of making it compulsory to buy medical insurance which is why al noor is such a compelling investment proposition. Businesses clearly have to exist to make profits otherwise there'd be no point in them at all. Healthcare is no exception to this. Even in this country the likes of bupa have been doing very well out of private healthcare as people are prepared to pay or take out insurance to have access to what they consider a premium service. 21/2/2014 21:40 | everyone has health issues but the profit is made from making people better - which is a good thing, for the patients and the company. A hospital that does not make people better will not make money. A stupid, ill-thought (no pun intended) comment by you. | baxter99 | |
