Notice of 1 into 5 share split

Further to the announcement dated 6 January 2017, Air Partner plc (the "Company") confirms that the resolution to approve a share split of the share capital of the Company (the "Share Split") was passed today. Accordingly, it is expected that each ordinary share of 5p each in the capital of the Company will be split into five new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). This is conditional on the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the UK Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market.

The Share Split is now expected to complete during the week commencing 30 January 2017. A further announcement regarding the commencement of trading in the New Ordinary Shares will be made in due course.
