SEB Acquisition of Stroma

Smart Employee Benefits Inc. ("SEB") (TSX VENTURE:SEB), advises that it is in
the process of completing the acquisition of 100% of Stroma Service Consulting
Inc.


SEB described on April 28, 2014, in its continuous disclosure filings for the
quarter ending February 28, 2014, the intended acquisition of 100% of Stroma
Service Consulting Inc.


SEB advises that it is proceeding to close the acquisition and expects to
complete the transaction shortly, subject to regulatory approval.
