Puma Exploration Amends Warrants

Puma Exploration (TSX VENTURE:PUM) announces it is amending the exercise price
of 1,000,000 warrants issued pursuant to a private placement done with one major
subscriber in June 2012. Each amended Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire
one common share at a price of $0.23 until expiry on June 4th, 2014 which is the
original expiry date. The amendment of these warrants remains subject to the
approval of the TSXV.


The proceeds of the exercised warrants will be used for general working capital
and for the exploration and development of Puma's properties in New Brunswick.
