NuLoch Resources Announces Delisting of Class B Common Shares and New Stock Symbol "NLR" for Class A Common Shares

As previously reported by NuLoch Resources Inc. ("NuLoch") (TSX VENTURE:NLR.A)
(TSX VENTURE:NLR.B) (OTCQX:NULCF), the Class B common shares of NuLoch are being
converted into Class A common shares of NuLoch (the "Conversion") effective
November 1, 2010.


The Class B common shares shall be delisted from trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange at the close of market on November 1, 2010 and, effective November 2,
2010, the Class A common shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the
symbol "NLR".


Notices have been sent to all registered holders of Class B common shares with
respect to the Conversion. As previously announced, registered holders of Class
B common shares are requested to deliver their share certificates to the
Corporation's transfer agent, Valiant Trust Company, either by courier,
registered mail or direct delivery and Valiant will deliver the certificate(s)
representing the new Class A common shares by first class mail. Beneficial
shareholders, such as those who are registered with a brokerage or investment
house, need not take any action as the Class A common shares will be issued
automatically through the CDS system.

Class B : 652,500 (post-Conversion - nil)
