Lincoln Mining Appoints New Director

Lincoln Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LMG) ("Lincoln" or the "Company")
announces the appointment of Mr. Ron Coombes as a director of the Company.


Mr. Coombes is an experienced entrepreneur and fundraiser and has been involved
in mineral exploration and junior exploration company management for the past 15
years. Mr. Coombes also holds the position as President of International
Bethlehem Mining Corp., Black Panther Mining Corp., White Tiger Mining Corp.,
Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp, Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. and director of
Golden Band Resources Inc.


The Company is pleased to welcome Mr. Coombes and believes his extensive
industry experience will be an asset to the Company as we continue to advance
our projects.
