Knightswood Financial Corp.: Resignation of Director

  Knightswood Financial Corp. (TSX VENTURE: KWF), a merchant banking company, today announces it has accepted Cam Hui's resignation from his positions as a non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the Company effective February 28, 2010. Mr. Hui has taken a position at a company with directors in common and is therefore no longer able to remain an independent director for Knightswood Financial.

Mr. Hui served on the Board since April, 2009 and the Board of Directors thanked Mr. Hui for his valued contribution to the Company.
