Golden Touch Resources Appoints Ken Chapple as President and Chief Executive Officer

Golden Touch Resources Corp. ("Golden Touch" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:GOT)(FRANKFURT:0GT) announces that Mr. Ken Chapple has been appointed as
the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. 


Ken Chapple was appointed a director of the Company on July 1, 2011 and became a
fulltime executive director on September 1, 2011. Ken is a geologist with over
40 years of experience in the exploration of gold and base metal projects. He
was executive director with Gold Anomaly (formerly Gold Aura) Limited, an ASX
listed company, exploring for gold in Brazil, Papua New Guinea and Australia
from 2002 until recently. Ken was responsible for managing significant gold
projects in each of the above noted countries. 


Prior to joining Gold Anomaly, Ken was chief geologist for Union Resources for 8
years and during this period, supervised the discovery and exploration of the
Mehdiabad Zinc Project in Iran, which is one of the largest zinc, lead and
silver projects in the world. Prior to joining Union, Ken was a senior project
geologist with BHP Minerals and Utah Development (a company acquired by BHP) for
20 years. 


The board of directors of Golden Touch now comprises three geologists and an
accountant, with Mr. Murdoch (Chairman) Mr. Chapple (President and CEO), Mr.
Anthony Jackson (CFO) and Mr. Chad Ulansky (Non-executive director). 


Mr. Murdoch, Chairman of Golden Touch Resources stated: "Golden Touch is
starting to make significant progress in Albania and hence we needed a full-time
executive, whose primary focus will be to get the best value possible for
shareholders out of the Company's properties, as they progress through the
various stages of exploration. I have worked with Ken Chapple for many years and
I know him to be capable of achieving exceptional goals in Albania".  


Mr. Chapple, President of Golden Touch Resources stated: "I look forward to
leading the Golden Touch executive team that not only has outstanding people,
but also three exceptional mineral properties. We have just completed the first
stage of drilling at the Rubik Gold Project and I am very impressed with what I
see there. Whilst some of the drilling results have been released, further
results are pending over the next two months. During the remainder of 2011, we
are planning a geophysical survey designed to provide targets to guide a second
phase of drilling at the Gold project and we are also planning a first stage
drilling program on the Company's Platinum project. Our third project, the Kukes
Chromite Project, which like the first two, is controlled 100%, by Golden Touch
Resources."
