S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

A Deletion from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select Indices

TORONTO, Dec. 8, 2014 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

Following the completion of an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Overland Storage, Inc. (NASDAQ:OVRL), Sphere 3D Corporation (TSXVN:ANY) will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. Sphere 3D Corporation will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select indices after the close of trading on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. The company will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Exchange under the symbol ANY.
