Eli Lilly's board has raised the drug maker's quarterly dividend by 15%, to $1.30 from $1.13.
The new payout, equal to $5.20 a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.88% based on Friday's trading price of $587.22, up from about 0.77%.
The Indianapolis company said the increased dividend is payable March 8 to shareholders of record Feb. 15.
