Luxembourg, June 13, 2019 (18:00 CET) - Aperam announces today that it has requested to be withdrawn from the credit rating services of S&P Global Ratings and Moody’s Investor Service.

Timoteo Di Maulo, CEO Aperam commented: ‘Given our low level of debt and the nature of funding needs, credit rating services were no longer considered necessary. We reaffirm our commitment to maintain investment grade financial ratios.’
