Le groupe hôtelier AccorHotels (AC.FR) prépare la création d'une société foncière qui logerait 80 de ses établissements en Europe, rapporte vendredi le quotidien Les Echos.
Ce projet s'accompagnerait d'une ouverture du capital de la foncière à un ou plusieurs investisseurs tiers, ajoute le journal. L'opération fait l'objet de "réflexions très avancées", selon une source proche du dossier citée par Les Echos.
Interrogée par les Echos, la direction du groupe n'a pas souhaité apporter de commentaire.
