Publication of 2023 Annual Report and 2024 AGM Notice

RWS Holdings plc (the "Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, has today published on its website www.rws.com/about/investors/ its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2024 (the "2024 AGM Notice") , which will be distributed to shareholders shortly.

The AGM will be held on Thursday, 22 February 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8YY, as a physical meeting. The Company strongly encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM and to appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person who may not be able to attend the meeting if circumstances change.
