Leni is suffering from shock due to the fall in the Bitcoin price of nearly $11,000. A resus. device is on its way.

As the long-term chart highlights, spot Bitcoin rallied to $73,662.76 on March 14, a new record high and an incredible 41% above the price less than one month before. Bitcoin's boom-and-bust price action has led to several parabolic rallies over the last few years.

"Noirua you simply do not get it do you, your research is useless, in a recent Q&A session Andrew Bell
said RRR has de-geared by £1m, in other words the debt at Red Rock has been cleared.

Stop shorting POW AND RRR, shorting can lead to unlimited losses."

"Very positive interview, re Juno - covers Mount Ida where a $8m royalty will be paid to RRR should certain works complete + Bell believes Juno shares could rise 10 fold which make the RRR stake worth circa £2m

Also says Aussie IPO will add significant value to RRR

Premium being asked for only 501,000 shares, eventually the illiquid nature of RRR stock will come into play than the share price will move up disproportionally (sic).

Noirua, the numbers are perhaps not as bad as we thought. The total amount raised to date (share capital plus share premium) is c.£36 million, debt of £2.5m and net trade creditors of £1.75m. Over £40 million all in. The Mcap or company valuation is £2.55m representing -£37.5m loss of value, but as I'm now a bullish investor I focus on the retention not the loss.

By my calculations Mr Bell has delivered value retention of 6p from every pound raised. You could say its nearer 1p (which the share price reflects) but going by the above metrics it looks better. Quite frankly I am encouraged.

If we raise another £2m this year (4 billion new shares, 7.55bln total issued), at 6% retention we are looking at £0.12m being added to the market cap, taking us to £2.67m. Divide by the 7.55bln issued is a share price of 0.0355p, or -50% from here. That will be seen as a reasonable performance by this management, who lest we forget took cash bonuses for delivering -75% last year.

The issue with consulting the shares so hard is if the news doesn't live up to the hype, the share price could crater... And as time goes by consulting will have less and less impact on the share price. Law of diminishing returns.

It is interesting that folks only buy when the share price is already on the risers leader board despite the obvious investment proposition.

In recent interviews the CEO has stated he wants to drive RRR to mid cap status, this means in excess of £50m m/cap, that is not as far fetched as some believe, look at the projects and investments Red Rock hold.

It is worth noting a number of entities have been very happy to take large lines of stock at current levels.

This could trade at 3p (£30m m/cap) and still be considered cheap, note in the recent interview how the CEO referred to his involvement in the early days at Greatland Gold, we all know what happened there !!

RRR is dirt cheap.

RRR is a 2 part SAGA. The first part is unfolding now and whenever it concludes, it will fund the next Stage.

Many mining Companies dig holes in Ground Worldwide and find Nothing, RRR merely needs to instruct Solicitors and the eventual outcome will put $M`s into RRR coffers.

In the Meantime RRR will carry on with its current business with a Huge improved Market cap(based on the outcome of the next Court appearance) that will allow substantial funds to be raised at decent rates, should suitable opportunities arise.

A huge Cash pay-off is likely, even, beyond reasonable Doubt.

RRR once you absorb the facts surrounding Glencore Subsidiary, is an Embryonic Mining Giant. I shall add M`s at these levels. NAI

Just to tidy up the basics. Glencore itself a Swiss company has no liability to Red Rock and Glencore has around 200 subsidiaries and every one of those is a giant compared to Red Rock.

It was VUP SA/ Bring Minerals, VUP a DRC company, that held 49.9% of Musonoi Area One - RRR held 50.1%. Gecamines flipped it on to Kamoto Copper Company of DRC (alleged as $460 million) owned 85% by Glencore and 15% by Gecamines directly and indirectly leaving liability to pay $20 million to VUP to Kamoto Copper Company.

Kamoto Copper paid $5 million to VUP. Later VUP took Kamoto to court claiming $15 million. I understand Kamoto had reason to not pay $15 million to VUP but have not disclosed further than that.
At this stage or a bit before RRR became aware.

Kamoto stated they would now hold the $15 million until directed by decision and agreement from the outcome of the Arbitration in Kinshasa.

Subsequently, RRR gained two court decisions awarding them $2.5 million plus $2.05 million. RRR has said VUP has appealed the $2.05 million but may not appeal the $2.5 million award. RRR has said they are awaiting the result of an Appeal but has said little since.

On Laws, the Laws of Switzerland apply to Glencore. The laws of each company whether a fully owned subsidiary or not come under the laws of the country they trade in as well as registered.

A Scenario that just might play out is that Glencore have been involved in some shady practise with a minnow, RRR. Albeit through a subsidiary, the deal was crooked and arbitration has agreed it was crooked. The big problem for Glencore is, Arbitration did not have to go to any large expense to come to their conclusion, NOR DID RRR. IT WAS CUT AND DRIED, A CROOKED DEAL.

A Court would demand Glencore play full restitution and Damages, the $10m & $400m would be Chicken feed, plus the reputation damage would be extensive. Glencore Mkt Cap at $75Bn. RRR new consultant would have no problem issuing Court proceedings against Glencore.

Glencore, as far as I can see have but one option, they MUST get rid of RRR.

On that basis Glencore would buy RRR and sweep the entire mess under the carpet.

RRR NEW CONSULTANT would not allow Glencore off the hook "CHEAPLY" RRR could well be sold for a lot of WONGA

Make no mistake, GLENCORE are in a spot of bother.

I see ECR Minerals have been included in the UK Investor Magazine top tips for 2024, they have recently had a clean out of the old BOD and now have the infamous media promotor Doc Holiday as a director, the share price has risen 50% since, big hitter retail investors have been buying in.

Their only real project is a gold prospecting licence in Victoria, since the new team have come onboard they have cut costs, directors remuneration is set against share price performance, have sold some non core assets for around £600k in cash and are drilling away with excellent media images from the site, including gold shows.

Why is this relevant to Red Rock, well their gold licence is right next to Red Rock at New Ballarat and Red Rock has a very much larger presence.

Instead of Bell telling all and sundry to 'lawyer up' he needs to move into 2024 with a totally new approach, monetise projects, focus on value creation and bring onboard someone who can relay the correct message to the market, no-one believes a word he says anymore.

Would Paul Johnson fall into that category, you bet, even as an advisor !
