Holding in the Company
The Company has today been informed that JIM Nominees Limited now hold 100,750,000 common shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") on behalf of Daniel Levi Associates, a partnership between Daniel Levi and Christopher Williams, following trades made on 17-19 June 2015.
Alliance Trust Nominees Limited ("Alliance") also holds 288,000,000 Shares on behalf of Daniel Levi Associates. Mr Levi and Mr Williams hold no other beneficial interests in the Shares.
In total Daniel Levi Associates now holds 388,750,000 Shares, equivalent to 9.48% of the issued common share capital of the Company. Mr Levi and Mr Williams hold no other beneficial interests in the Shares. Daniel Levi Associates had a zero holding of Shares prior to the holding disclosed yesterday.
