Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Pursuant to the notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R, on 3 June 2015 the Company was advised that the proceeds of dividends paid by the Company on 29 May 2015 on ordinary shares in the Company held on behalf of the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in connection with the Company's 2013 Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") were reinvested in ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of GBP1.3818 per ordinary share.

David Richardson is interested in 429,463 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued capital consists of 399,999,971 ordinaryshares carrying one voting right per share.
