Partnership publishes Prospectus relating to GBP100 million subordinated bond

Partnership Assurance Group plc ('Partnership' or 'the Company') announces that the Prospectus relating to the listing of the Company's recent issue of GBP100,000,000 9.5 per cent. Fixed Rate Guaranteed Subordinated Notes due 2025 guaranteed by Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.

The Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

It is anticipated that the Bonds will be listed on the London Stock Exchange on or around 19 May 2015.

Background

On 3 March 2015, Partnership announced the issue of GBP100,000,000 9.5 per cent. Fixed Rate Guaranteed Subordinated Notes due 2025 guaranteed by Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited (the 'Bonds') to funds managed by Cinven Capital Management, its majority shareholder. At that time, Partnership stated its intention to list the Bonds by 31 May 2015.
