Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), the leading independent utility cost management consultancy, has been notified that Jeremy Middleton, Non-Executive Director of Utilitywise, has today acquired of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as summarised below:

The Company has also been notified that Adam Thompson, a former director of Utilitywise, has today sold 450,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 220 pence per share. Mr Thompson's holding following this sale is 1,969,068 representing 2.57% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the Sale, Adam Thompson no longer has a notifiable interest in Utilitywise's share capital.
