Further to the announcement on 31 August regarding the disposal of Barclays' Spanish Businesses, 2013 full year financial statements for Barclays Bank S.A.U., under Spanish GAAP are available via http://publico.barclays.es.

The equivalent Loss Before Tax for Barclays Bank S.A.U. under IFRS for the full year 2013 is EUR390 million and EUR37 million for the 2014 half year.
