This notice is an amendment to our "Notice Regarding Application for Delisting from the London Stock Exchange" dated on February 28, 2014.

The amended text is underlined. All other terms of that Notice remain unchanged as set out below.

Toshiba Corporation ("Toshiba") hereby announces that, at a meeting of its board of directors held on February 28, 2014, Toshiba has decided to apply for intended delisting of its shares from the FCA Official List, as well as to cancel trading of the shares on the London Stock Exchange.

1. Reason for the Application for Delisting:

Toshiba has decided to apply for intended delisting of its shares from the London Stock Exchange as the volume of trading in Toshiba shares on the London Stock Exchange has been low.

2. Listed stock exchanges other than the London Stock Exchange:

Tokyo Stock Exchange and Nagoya Stock Exchange

3. Date of the Application for Delisting:

February 28, 2014

4. Schedule:

The delisting is expected to take effect on March 31, 2014.
