L'action Deutsche Telekom (DTE.XE) monte en réaction à l'annonce de l'entrée de l'opérateur britannique BT (BT.A.LN) en négociations exclusives en vue d'une éventuelle acquisition d'EE, la coentreprise entre l'opérateur allemand et le groupe français Orange (ORA.FR). L'opération envisagée est positive pour Deutsche Telekom, pour différentes raisons, estime DZ Bank, qui cite notamment le prix attrayant de la transaction et le fait que BT ait privilégié EE par rapport à la filiale O2 de l'espagnol Telefonica (TEF.MC). DZ note également que l'opération a une logique industrielle. La banque a une recommandation "conserver" et une valeur raisonnable de 13,50 euros pour Deutsche Telekom, qui gagne 1% à 12,60 euros.
