GoldMine, a customer relationship management pioneer, today announced GoldMine 9.2 Premium Edition users can now make and record calls through a new partnership with Synety, makers of the popular CloudCall on-demand business telphoney solutions.

This integration provides GoldMine users with enhanced employee productivity and efficiencies with on-demand telephony services accessible directly from within GoldMine. These telephony functions include desktop click-to-dial, full integration of detailed call histories, and the ability to embed complete recordings of calls directly into contact records for easy replaying and management.

CloudCall’s features can be delivered in addition to GoldMine users’ existing telephony arrangements on a per-user, per-month basis with no upfront costs. Companies using CloudCall integrated with GoldMine also benefit from ultra-low costs for outbound calls, which enables significant savings.

As an added feature, GoldMine will also offer CloudCall to its users as part of its regular software upgrade program, making integration easy and completely seamless for organisations.
