25/4/2024 14:31 | Hoping for under £2.25 to buy a few back. | essentialinvestor
24/4/2024 13:30 | Yes and NAV progession, intend to sell some before the close. Often sells off on the XD | essentialinvestor
24/4/2024 11:47 | Perhaps some buys ahead of the XD tomorrow. Discount dividend and portfolio attractive to me. | steve3sandal1
24/4/2024 11:03 | Nice week. | essentialinvestor
17/4/2024 15:34 | Recording of the MYI presentation (05/04/24) now available to watch on the website https://www.murray-i | the deacon
16/4/2024 16:50 | I hope so, I’ve topped up around this share price several times recently. Potentially there’s a stock specific risk as Bruce Stout is retiring in June but the co managers taking over are chips off the old block. It’s a bit different mixing yield with higher rated stocks though I see similarities with lower yield Saints which I also hold and is suddenly on a 10% discount. A couple of dips on the chart above but it’s held 240p 5 times so hopefully…R | steve3sandal
16/4/2024 16:33 | MYI regularly traded at a NAV premium, now on a 10% discount. Overdue a better run?. Bought some. | essentialinvestor
04/1/2024 10:17 | Ex dividend today for 2.4p | gateside
17/11/2023 09:55 | NAV with Debt at Fair Value Including Income 259.06p | davebowler
02/11/2023 06:57 | Sold my entire ULVR position the day before recent results and came in here at 222p. Like the Companies in the portfolio and at this discount gives a nice margin of safety. | flyer61
17/10/2023 13:16 | Finally gave up on this one. Out at 228.7p for a massive £21 loss which will hopefully be wiped out by the forthcoming divi. | thamestrader
14/9/2023 16:47 | Very interesting result in the closing auction! | markingtime
30/8/2023 11:55 | Thanks for that, digi, looks interesting. I like the countries mix too, proper global not too US dominated. | thamestrader
30/8/2023 10:56 | @thamestrader - try hxxps://www.justetf. I hold TDGB and JGGI. | digitaria
29/8/2023 10:53 | People were paying over NAV quite recently, as mentioned then you need your head examined to pay in excess of net asset value - unless there are exceptional circumstances. | essentialinvestor
13/8/2023 21:47 | Now that manager Bruce Stout's departure in June 2024 has been confirmed, given the new managers have yet to prove themselves, I'm inclined to sell my holding in MYI and opt instead for a passive global income ETF (e.g. TDGB). Any views? | dlp6666
06/7/2023 21:10 | We seem to be down only the XD for a nice £distribution next month. Might well be weaker now it’s XD and around NAV. I’d always view a discount here as an opportunity. Edit. My mistake XD isn’t 12p I had forgotten the share split! You’re right, off 4% ouch. | steve3sandal
06/7/2023 17:45 | Yep a bad day to go ex div, doubly whacked. | chc15
06/7/2023 08:58 | ex-div today, hence the larger-than-most fall. | thamestrader
01/7/2023 18:51 | May update: | mirandaj
13/5/2023 08:30 | "Has performed particularly well " Interesting comments made. | mirandaj
09/5/2023 19:33 | Demand and supply I think. Recent track record is good and there appears to be more buyers than sellers. share price is at a small premium to NAV so increasing supply should prevent a large premium occurring. MYI gets a little extra cash to invest. Shareholders marginally benefit from the issuance at a premium. Obviously at times in the past there have been periods of relatively poor performance and they have bought back shares at a discount as there were more sellers than buyers. Not really to do with being overvalued or needing the cash. Cheers. | steve3sandal
09/5/2023 13:21 | Interesting that they have started selling some of the shares in treasury back to the market. Does this mean they feel the share price is overvalued or that they need cash to invest in something else that give a better return? | adeg
03/5/2023 08:00 | hxxpS://www.murray-i They have their own website, everything here. | steve3sandal |
