Board rip offs! (CW.)

The management of this company is more interested in screwing the ordinary shareholders than developing the business.
The share price is back where it was 5 years ago despite enormous performance bonuses being creamed off by the greedy board.
The shameless board already stuffed with unearned millions are proposing another round of rip offs.
They think that the shareholders are so stupid that they will allow this, perhaps they are right!
