Yes, the issue price for all new shares is 1.68p per share including the Helium loan shares and Consideration shares. The vendors and Helium are locked in for 12 months and during the following 12 months may only sell through the Company's broker thus ensuring an orderly market. In other words they will not be permitted to flood the market causing havoc to the price during year two. These two parties will hold over 60% of the equity between them.I am looking forward to learning if any other institutional investors have been brought in via the placing and hope to see the odd holdings rns if so.Deadlines loom for applications and votes. Leave nothing to chance regarding voting is my view.

I've just emailed the Halifax share dealing people. They have wrongly priced the issue as £1.68! They're asking me if I want to invest nearly £50,000 when I was expecting to invest £500! Can other investors also point this out as otherwise we might miss out. Thanks.

soggy, why would helium stump up another £250,000 unsecured ? i dont think it is down to DB as he is just an investor, not on the board.i think DB influence brought AW in to secure the deals.Helium must have a lot of faith in this pairing as they have around £1 million invested ? even they cant afford to write of this sort of cash ?

comedy, getting txt after txt from fellow investors telling me to buy more, deal done, DB and helium don't want this dragging on, the money raised was to make sure they could finish this deal and have funds to get it up and running, director change was because they have someone else to take her place, not concrete but a lot of peeps getting excited today, either way i'm in for the long term, GLA!!

Either way we will see a rise before the 14th....going off what i have been told from a fellow investor, he took a short position @ 0.6p and sold the lot, he didn't say how many but now he needs to buy them back, i can't see him being the only person to do this so we may see some action soon, GLA!!!

Looks to me like they have something may be lined up to get a loan 250k at 0% from an existing investor...and the proposed placing on any RTO/acquisition ..may be likely to be around 0.75p as that was what Helium paid last time...imo.

Big risk/reward here but it's AIM so who knows where this will end up...but let's hope something positive soon...!

"either he is involved in some sort of short syndicate or he is a right plonker as Delboy would say,"
"If nothing good happens soon, the reputation of D Breith will be sullied to the extent it will never recover."

Yes,makes you wonder if the whole investment plan was set up,dangle a huge carrot to attract sheep investors,at share price of .75p then run it down locking in honest followers of David Breith.Shorters making a fortune.
PROVE THIS WRONG or you are doomed David,
my opinion only

Seems a few investors buying on any weakness, very cheap at these levels...DB holds 225m shares so i can't see anything else than a good outcome here.

Looks like David Breith may have lost his touch..never known a share to drop so much on no news, do the insiders know whats coming and us wee investors will get shafted, looks like the 750k seller got it right, i wonder who he or she knows, this is now quite tiresome!!!!!

Because major investors have come into the company since last year. Be patient- something must happen soon.
